Damaged Products Upon Arrival
- When you receive your order, inspect each box carefully and note any immediately observed damage to the driver. If items are damaged do not sign anything without annotating damage, and do not discard boxes!
- If your products arrive damaged or in non-working condition, contact us immediately, so we can get the product remade and re-shipped as soon as possible. Please provide pictures of damage to product and boxes. All damaged freight claims must be reported within 7 days of the original delivery date.
Return / Replacement Policy

- If the product falls within the warranty period or was mis-made, is defective, or has shipping damage, we will replace or repair it at no charge, including shipping costs. We will determine, at our discretion, whether the product will be replaced or repaired.
- Our website provides detailed, easy to follow instructions in an effort to assist our customers in ordering the correct headrail with the correct specifications, including measurements, materials, and options. In addition, customer service is available to help with any questions before you order.
All products are custom-made to your specifications of size, material, and options. None of our custom headrails are “off the shelf”, and are not suitable for resale. For this reason all orders are non returnable or refundable for a mistake when ordering. If you make a mistake in measuring, options, or anything else, please contact us immediately. Depending on the type of error you may be able to return the product to us for alterations at your expense. If the product cannot be altered, we will remake the headrail at a discount.
